Seven happens to be a handy application to use to get started with the 7 minute workout program everyone is talking about these days. The app does not require you to have any fancy exercise equipment to push your body and get fit.
If you have seen the 7 minute workout program discussed in NY Times, you know what to expect here. The app does offer you a clean user interface and does not require you to have Internet access to use it. You get to unlock achievements and keeps you motivated with rewards and daily reminders. You can share the progress you are making with your friends too.
Seven is iCloud friendly. It lets you do longer workouts to further push your body. It is armband friendly too. The app was available for free when we tested it.
