Doctor Who Encyclopedia is quite interactive. It covers all major characters in the series. It includes the connections so you can easily follow episodes, people, and places related to each entry.  Users can search through episodes and view previews in iTunes. Doctor Who Encyclopedia has useful information on enemies, allies, objects, and other characters. The images included are pretty neat too.

Doctor Who Encyclopedia is not perfect by any means. It did crash on us a few times. The ninth and tenth doctor packs are not free. These packs are quite expensive. While it has a ton of useful information on Dr. Who, the app could end up costing you a fortune if you choose to get everything.
