Safety Note+ for iPad

Safety Note+ offers passcode locking for individual folders. You get multiple locking styles (keypad, combination). The app lets you sort your notes under different folders. You are not limited to notes though. To do lists, reminders, … can be managed through Safety Note+. I like the fact that notes can be shared between multiple devices running this app.

Safety Note+ has multiple stylish themes for you to select. It supports copy/past and move functions. Notes can be shared via e-mail or backed up to your PC. This is a pretty decent tool to use for semi-sensitive notes on your iPad.
