Skratcher is an awesome DJ system for iPad that transforms your device into a DJ turntable. Why spend money on a physical DJ system when you can use your iPad to get some scratching action going.

Once you install this application on your tablet, you can choose from your own song collection to get started with “skratching.” You can record your work to share it with friends and strangers. Skratcher does have a 3-band EQ to give you the chance to scratch more effectively.

Skratcher’s UI looks good and does not require you to be a music genius to get to work. The app is compatible with iPhone too (which is a must these days). Once you are done with your tracks, you can send them to others via e-mail.

Skratcher may not be for everyone but it can provide you with hours of fun if you have ever wanted to be a DJ. It looks attractive and is straight forward to use. The software seems pretty stable too. A nice pickup for music lovers.
