WIRED should pay me for my time

I got my $5 digital subscription. It doesn't work here, and it /also/ doesn't work in a browser.

A digital app not for digital subscribers.

How can Wired magazine, a magazine centered around all things digital, not understand that when you purchase a “digital subscription” that means you intend to read it on a digital device?!?! That means digital devices like phones, laptops, tablets, desktops, etc. Well they define digital as web browser. Yet they also make this digital app, but that’s not for digital customers. So all you subscribers who sign up for a digital subscription, this app is USELESS to you as they will not let you sign in and use your digital subscription in this digital app, for this digital tech magazine. Bonkers. Instead if you want to make use of technology and use this app, you also have to waste trees and paper on a redundant hard copy of the print magazine.

Paid and can’t use: hopelessly ‘effed up publisher.

Like the other reviews I paid for a subscription which due to Wired / Condé Nast’s multiple tech fails I can’t use in the app, News or half the time on the web. Separating the data items for the subscription from the “account” asking users to “link” their own data and then making it impossible to do so in practice. Asking for numbers off the paper edition mailing label when it does not exist, and whatever they did causing a simple name and address match to fail, who does this? Cancelling but feel robbed.
