WunderMap provides you with current weather conditions around the globe. That includes temperature, dew point, humidity, wind speed, and pressure in the areas that you are interested in tracking. It also provides you with 4 day forecasts to give you a better chance to track abrupt developments.

The app not only has a very easy to use interface, it comes with animated precipitation and satellite view of clouds. Live webcams can be quite fun and entertaining as they let you see what’s going on across the world live on your iPad. The map can be changed to show you streets or you can always choose the satellite view if you prefer. All in all, a very solid app if you are into tracking the weather. It’s free too.
