FlickStackr is a universal application that works fine on all your iOS devices. You can look at your own photos, search photos by keyword, geographic location, edit meta data, and view photos in fullscreen mode. The app also supports Flickr videos. The slideshow mode supports for external displays (you may have to buy some adapters to pull it off). FlickStackr has an offline mode too.
