That does not mean you can’t learn more about our earth and must see places on it. Earth 101 for iPad is an exciting application that covers a 3D globe with wonders of the world and other must-know information.
Earth 101 covers world geographic and political maps. You get more than 1100 geographic objects and 250+ wonders of our world. Description for each object is provided. Earth 101 covers the global weather and offers quick search functionality. Users can zoom up to 15x. No internet connection is required to use this app.
Earth 101 is not developed to make you an expert in geography, politics, or anything else for that matter. But it does look decent and can serve as a useful educational tool for kids and adults. We would like to see more content added to the app though.
