It’s pretty intuitive and things works the way one would expect them to work.
What’s nice about iThoughtsHD is the fact that it is compatible with MindManager, NovaMind, and FreeMind. Once you have designed your mind-map on your iPad, you can transfer it to your desktop for further changes. 
Drawing mind-maps, moving them around, changing relationships, and adding all kinds of information to diagrams is pretty simple too (though I did have minor issues with dragging things).
This app can be used in conjunction with Box.net service. Transferring your maps to your box.net account or sharing them with your colleagues via e-mail could not be easier. If you want to keep things simple, just use your WiFi connection to transfer files from your iPad to your PC (via web browser).
Export functionality is available as well (in PDF or PNG formats). iThoughtsHD is designed to handle larger maps, giving its user the ability to create and play with complex maps.
