You may not get that chance but Fromage for iPad provides you with useful information on plenty of cheese from around the world. It covers enough cheese products to give you an idea which ones you want to add to your meals to bring some variety to your work.

Fromage for iPad is useful for chefs or food enthusiasts. The app covers over 750 cheeses from France, Italy, Spain, and even the U.S. You can easily search through cheeses by region, milk type, and much more. Love something you see in this app? Just add it to your favorites. The app does allow you to take notes on the ones you get to try. If your favorite cheese is not covered, you can add it to the database.

Fromage includes cheese photos and flavor description for each entry. Cheeses can be shared via e-mail (though we would love to see more social features added). This tool supports multi-tasking on your iPad. It works on your iPhone too. Having the ability to sync databases among multiple iOS devices would be nice though.
