Weblock – AdBlock for iOS

Dealing with ads is not fun. But we have all seen them on computers. There are a few decent ad blockers you can download to disable ads on your desktop computer. I don’t know about you but I’d love to do the same on my iPad and iPhone. Weblock happens to be just the right app for the job. It allows you to block online content on any WiFi enabled iOS device.

Weblock allows you to block specific websites in addition to mobile ads that can track you. You can also define your own content filters. Want to block social networking sites and their annoying buttons? No problem. You can configure any device to use your Weblock account and content filters. Want to block a specific URL or IP address? No problem.

Keep in mind that this app requires WiFi to work. It does not act as a proxy server for your traffic. If you are tired of ads and don’t want to deal with them at all, this app can help.
