VLC 2.0 for iOS

VLC is one of the best apps to use to watch videos on your computer without having to do a whole lot of video conversions. The app was available on the App Store a couple of years back but it was removed. Now it has been rewritten and made it back to the App Store. VLC is an open source application and lets you video your favorite videos on your mobile device without having to convert your app.

VLC 2.0 can play almost any video. It lets you transfer files to your tablet from your computer. Just use the address the app provides you with to get the job done. VLC provides support for Dropbox, network streaming, and a whole lot more. This is a universal application and will work just fine on your iPhone. It works in portrait and landscape modes.

VLC for iOS is not perfect. It did crash on us and had some sound issues. But we are glad it is in the app store. The idea behind it is well worth supporting.
