Google Reader has already won the battle of RSS feed readers. It’s one of the best ways to keep up with your favorite blogs and even Twitter feeds. It lets you keep up with your favorite blogs and sync everything with your Google Reader account.

River of News has a very intuitive interface and is designed to bring some variety to your news life. River of News is not only very clean-looking, but it stays out of your way too. That means you can spend most of your time reading your blogs and sharing your favorite posts with the world (it supports Facebook, Twitter, E-mail, and Instapaper).

With River of News, it’s pretty easy to figure out which blog posts are worth reading. Users can scroll infinitely, so you are never out of stories unless the blogs you are following are. It supports an unlimited number of feeds and folders. Organizing your feeds with this app should not be an issue. The biggest plus is of course this app’s support for Google Reader.

River of News is written for those of you who can’t get enough of your favorite blogs and want to have a way to keep up with them on the road using your iPad. It has a very clean interface, is quite fast, and makes reading blog posts much more fun.
